Apprenticeship roles
Some of our best success stories come from people who started with us as an Apprentice, so what better way to gain a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care whilst earning as you learn.
Our Support Worker programme is facilitated by external training providers which allow you to learn as you work with no need to attend college on a weekly basis. In addition to a college assessor, you will be assigned a supervisor/mentor within the workplace, who will support you to develop your workplace skills, knowledge and experience throughout the duration of your apprenticeship programme.
Becoming an Apprentice Support Worker is a great option for people who are new to the social care sector and are looking to develop your skills and knowledge to become a skilled and confident care worker. Previous apprentices have all taken on permanent roles with the Trust following the completion of their apprenticeship, and some have progressed on to other leadership and management roles within the Trust.
In addition to our Support Worker programme, we also offer Administration Apprenticeships based at Trust Office in IT, HR and Finance.
