Training and development opportunities
Whether you’re new to care or have worked in support roles throughout your career, for us it is about you as an individual and whether you share our values, as we can support you to learn the rest. You can be assured that when joining Milestones Trust, we will provide you with a full and comprehensive induction to support you to get to know the Trust and thrive in your new role.
In addition to the required training you would expect to receive, we offer excellent high quality learning opportunities, including the opportunity to undertake a level 3 or 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
We also offer specialist training in a variety of subjects, including offering our own bespoke programmes like the Good Food Programme, which gives our support staff the opportunity to undertake a cookery course facilitated by the Square Food Foundation, to ensure the people we support have access to the best tasting and nutritionally balanced food.
Our very own nurse development programme offers a full range of training, support and other CPD opportunities for nurses to support you with your revalidation.
