Being a Support Worker is an incredibly rewarding role, as you will be working directly with the people we support, helping to maximise their independence and develop their social and life skills.
We have Support Worker opportunities across many of our residential and supported living services in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Weston-super-Mare, working to support people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
As a Support Worker you will work directly with the people we support with their daily activities, personal care and other aspects of physical and emotional support, to help them to live their lives independently. This will include both in the community and in their home, which they may share with other people.
