The successful candidates will have outstanding communication skills and be able to think through complex situations. They will have up to date knowledge of the rapidly changing social care environment and be able to think strategically about the future direction of services.
We are looking for someone with a range of practical skills –from being able to write clear reports, analyse financial information, coach and develop their team, and manage a range of staffing processes – all whilst always keeping the people we support at the centre of their thinking.
You will assist in ensuring that each service meets the highest possible standards and our own robust quality assurance processes and financial targets, as well as ensuring staff and the people we support are treated with fairness and respect. Significant experience of both the client group and managing Services are essential requirements, and a professional qualification (Such as nursing registration or a social work qualification) would be an advantage.
