Supported Living Department Wins Tender
The Trust’s Supported Living department has been successful in winning a tender to support four adults with a learning disability, who are moving to flats of their own in Hanham, South Gloucestershire in March 2010.
Working in partnership with Knightstone Housing Association and South Gloucestershire Adult Health & Social Care Department, we will provide a 24 hour service, adapting and flexing support hours to individual needs and preferences.
We are currently seeking a team of staff to work at this new project, under the leadership of an experienced Project Coordinator with many years of person-centred planning expertise.
