Organisational Change

Aspects and Milestones is always looking to continuously improve the service it offers and part of that process means making sure the right people are in the right roles.

We have recently appointed a new Head of Operations, Jan Gresham, who joined the Trust in August this year. Head of Operations is a new role which has been introduced as part of an organisational re-structure. Jim Conley has also moved into a new role: Head of Business and Strategic Development. Jan and Jim form part of the Senior Management team, along with Anna Hicks - Head of HR and Staff Development, Paul Butler – Head of Finance and Mel Akers – Chief Executive.

Four new specialist lead roles have also been created during the re-organisation, in a move away from deputy heads of service. The new specialist roles are as follows:

Specialist Lead on Learning Disability Services – Sheila Jolly
Specialist Lead on Mental Health Services – Alan Altoft
Specialist Lead on Elder Care Services – Louise Chambers
Specialist Lead on Supported Living Services – Linda Phelps

We hope these changes will help the Trust to move forward and respond to new trends within the social care sector.
