Employee of the quarter award
Each quarter an employee is recognised by the Trust as the "Employee of the Quarter".
This is a chance for staff members, service users, friends and visitors to nominate someone who they feel deserves recognition in some way, whether for a specific time where they have used their skills in a difficult situation or maybe just for continuous good performance at work.
This quarter’s winner has recently been announced as Liz Thyer, Assistant Team Leader at Chasefield House. Liz was nominated by her manager, Liz Rattigan for her high standard of work, dedication, confidence and commitment. Liz will now receive £100 in her salary as a thank you for all her hard work.
